GAIN NO WEIGHT
-I'll weigh myself as often as possible. My training log gives me a weekly average. My goal is to weigh no more than I did the week before.
MINIMUM THREE HOURS OF CARDIO PER WEEK
-This breaks down to 30 minutes, six times a week. Simple enough. Any cardio counts; walking, cycling, running, swimming.
PRIMARILY VEGETARIAN DIET
-I want to be a vegetarian a majority of the year. It's a vague resolution, but it is a start.
STOP SETTING UNREALISTIC GOALS
-All my life I have been a dreamer. Therefore, I tend to bite off more than I can handle, often resulting in failure. I want to minimize this behavior.
