I was scheduled to work at Humble FD. Shortly after arriving I requested the day off. We had enough people on duty for me use vacation
time.
I was tired from yesterdays workout, so I didn’t do any
cardio today. This is typical of my usual off-day Fridays. I did complete my push-ups
and squats. The new continuous push-up record is at 32.

This week I’ve put put math homework on the
backburner, so today I decided to use the time to get caught up.
I FINALLY received my corrected W2’s from Humble
FD, enabling me to finish my taxes.
Breakfast: Mix N Mash
Snack: Picnic Time
Lunch: Hawaiian Chicken
Dinner: Chicken enchiladas: 8
Tasty meal but it was far from filling. The fresh
jalapeno atop of the enchiladas was extremely hot. Hot jalapenos is not a bad thing either. There were black beans in
the tray, but very few. I didn’t eat the pico because of the onions.
Recently I noticed something significant about
the My Fit Foods Challenge. On occasion I get hungry, but I seldom have
cravings. I think this is helping me avoid those dreadful binge meals to
satisfy a particular food craving.
