Worked 5 hours at Lone Star College Fire Recruit Academy

Breakfast: Mix n Mash
Lunch: Turkey Pasta
Snack: Trail Mix
Dinner: Gimme More Chicken Salad

Today was the first day that none of my My Fit Food meals were new.

Once again, the scale is reflecting my hard work. As of this morning I’ve lost 14-pounds in the last 14-days. One week left on the challenge and I’m shooting for eight more pounds. It is time to shave a few more calories and up the cardio.

Wyatt and I rode our trail bikes from his house to East End Park for a total of eleven miles. The ride was easy, even though my calves are still sore. Wyatt and I always have great talks and he helps me see matters from another angle. He's truly a good friend.

The lady was very thankful, as were we for the opportunity to help.

While working in my flower beds, I saw the first snake of the session. It was only a simple brown garden snake, but he had a lot of attitude. He was accidently sprayed with round-up, so I’m not sure if he will live or not. It’s really early to see active snakes. Urg…

  1. Wow, very impressive! I saw those MFF meals, they are tiny! But we do a lot for the sake of a goal. Either that, or our perception of how much food is not tiny had outgrown:) Keep it up!

  2. Well, Bill, you're in the people-helping profession. So it's easy for you to have that outlook on things. Good for you and good for your community. We need more like you. Thanks for all that you do.
