The continuous back pain this week has halted my exercise regimen. To make matters worse, I’m in a dieting slump as well. The inactivity and poor eating is showing on the scale. My mind is made up, the new gym workout has to stop. I’ve sent an email to Coach Alex, asking what options are available for me to meet my personal goals.
I could probably run with minor pain, but it seems easier to take the road of least resistance. I need to purge these feelings from my soul and HTFU...
