Worked 10.25 hours at MSC

It was a busy day at work. I expected a higher “burn”, but the BB doesn't lie. I still managed to burn 5,000 calories today.

My weight finally dipped into the 230’s. Historically, in the past I start feeling “lighter” around the 225-lb mark. That’s fifteen more pounds, which I hope to lose within the next four weeks. The next goal after that is sub-200, then my goal weight of 180.

My free-meals have been out-of-control. I’ve decided that I will not allow any more surplus calorie days. What this means; I will allow myself a zero deficit on "free meal day". The total amount of calories allotted for the meal will depend on the total burn for that particular day. Maybe this parameter will alleviated the issue with massive calorie meals.

  1. Have you heard of the "Naturally Slim" diet plan? My daughter told me of some of the concepts. 4 levels of hunger with 4 being famished. Eat at level 3, hungry but not starved. Eat whole grains of anything.....they make you feel full. You probably already know this.
