Yesterday’s free-meal put me at a surplus for the first time since I started using my Bodybugg SP. Luckily I was able to keep the surplus under 300 kcals.
Something in my diet is causing insomnia, which means I didn’t get much sleep last night. These two issues reflected poorly on the scale.
Walked on the treadmill for 24-minutes, ran for six minutes, and finished the day with 60-minutes on my new spin bike. I traded my CycleOps Fluid II bike trainer for the entry level spin bike. The spin bike is an enjoyable, yet tough workout. Even though the unit is heavy, I plan on bringing my spin bike to work on occasion.
