I had a horrible case of insomnia last night and didn't fall asleep till well after 3am. I need to review the foods I ate yesterday. Maybe I can determine the corporate.
At work today.
The Houston area FINALLY saw some rain today. It’s been so long since the last significant rain, that it seemed like an odd occurrence.
I struggled to hit my calorie burn. I’m not sure how close the numbers will be, but I think I’m behind by a couple hundred calories.
Walked on the treadmill for nearly two hours and rode a recumbent bike for 30 minutes.
