It has been a busy day for me.
Scott and I woke up early to walk/run before leaving work. We walked around the station for 56-minutes and ran one loop, which took a little more than four-minutes. The early morning exercise brought about the usual achy-all-over-feeling, but I felt much better after the run.

Josh and I were scheduled overtime 8a-noon. It was our job to “hose off” the muddy runners after they completed the Mud Maxx 5k. It was hot and a lot of work, but we had fun. I like working with Josh, we always seem to make the best of everything.
The remainder of the day was spent running errands. I stayed so busy that I hit my calorie burn without any additional cardio! The scale is treating me really, really well. I know plateaus and fluctuations will occur, but it sure is nice to see the weight coming off in big chunks! I’ve lost 9.5 lbs in the last 7-days and 14.25 lbs since I started thirteen days ago. Yay me!
