I rode my trail bike to River Grove Park, and then added the five mile loop. Shortly after that ride I rode to get lunch. The bike ride was easy, which is reflected in the low calorie expenditure on the Bodybugg SP. Tomorrow I plan to ride more aggressively as a test to see how many more calories I burn at a greater speed. Walking burns more calories when compared to the bike speed I was riding today.

It looks like the magic number in order to reach my daily 2,000 kcal deficit is 120 minutes of cardio. This won’t be easy, but I want this weight off.
I surpassed my goal today by 150 (-2,150kcal). Today's activities included;
Bike 89 minutes
Walk 38 minutes
Trim shrubs for 60 minutes
Help Josh move a washer/dryer 15 minutes
I went for a walk while watching a thunderstorm build over the Kingwood area. There’s been a lot noise, but no rain yet. Lower humidity made the walk enjoyable.
