First day at MSC

Today was my first day at the new part-time job, Moore Supply Company. The work was hard, but I enjoy the constant high cadence of the work load. As a delivery driver I expected to be driving all day, when in reality I spent a majority of my time working in a busy warehouse.

Being a fireman doesn’t burn many calories. Yesterday and today I was working “real” manual labor jobs and the Bodybugg has the high numbers to prove it. With my OCD, the numbers are bitter-sweet. I like the fact that I’m far exceeding my calorie burn/daily deficit, but I like adding formal training into my log. Working on sprinklers or in a warehouse will not make me a better runner. At least I am certain to lose more weight, which makes running and other sports a lot easier.

Blazer and I walked a speedy mile on the bayou trail. I wonder how far I could continue the 16:30 pace?

Walk:
1.19 mile
19:43
16:31 pace

My goal is to have a daily calorie deficit of -2,000 kcals. Here’s a record of the last three days:
Saturday -2,283 kcals
Sunday -2,973 kcals
Monday -2,820 kcals (probably more when I sync the BB tomorrow and view the numbers)

If these high numbers continue I might increase my daily deficit goal to 2,250 - 2,500/day.

This morning I had a good weigh-in. In the last 29 days I have lost 24.5 lbs and I've finally started wearing smaller pants. If only I could have a few more months like this!
