Day 1 with BodyBugg SP

At work

I walked one-hour on the treadmill. My right knee has a lot of pressure all over and tightness over the distal posterior. After the walk, I completed the Engine 2 Beginner workout. Normally the beginner workout is easy, but I got my ass kicked. Phew!

Today is the first full day wearing the BodyBuggSP. I’m within 100 calories of meeting my deficit goal of 2,000. Not too bad, if this device is accurate.

  1. Be sure to put the treadmill elevation on 3 or 4 as it eases the pressure on the knees, so says my wife's personal trainer.
