At work
I didn’t exercise till after 10pm. I’ve decided to start the “PIM” training schedule. I might make some changes on the weekend, but I’ll follow the schedule close as possible. Tonight’s workout; 8 x 1-minute run/2-minute walk. The run went surprisingly well!

I really, really did NOT want to do the push-ups, but I HTFU and got it done…
