So Far, So Good...

At work

What a difference a few changes can make. I don’t feel half the stress I had a few days ago when I was obsessed about two upcoming races and my diet.

Starting today I’m moving the daily smoothie to the evening. Hopefully it “sticks” and I stop overeating in the evenings.

Smoothie flavor of the day is; Acai berries, blue berries, vanilla almond milk, vanilla Chai Vega, and a hint of Splenda. Yummy! My best smoothie thus far.

The workout included; 35-minute walk on the treadmill, lower-body strength training, 15-minute walk on the treadmill, and finished with session with push-ups. Felt Great!

While walking on the treadmill I realized I should be under 2,000 calories for the day. The best part of this statement, I've been full all day. I might be onto something...

To increase the quantity of push-up I did five during each commercial break while watching The Biggest Loser.
