Like many people, I'm looking forward to the new year.
My friend Tom was scheduled to run 18-miles and I tagged along on my trail bike. I enjoyed the long slow bike ride, although three-hours of cycling left my bum sore. Tom ROCKED the run. I'm really proud of him and it is exciting to see him excelling at the sport.
After making a HUGE pot of minestrone soup, Andrea and I went for a small walk/run. Even though it was a low-key day, I enjoyed the company and activities.
