Shaina and I ran our usual loop through Kingwood Lakes Village before work. The new 8x2run/1walk enabled us to break the 1-mile in run distance. We are on our way!
Slow walk pace due to throbbing shins.
Josh motivated me to join him in the gym at work. We lifted weights, concentrating on chest, back, and shoulders.
