Physical Therapist

I went to the physical therapist today. The therapist said there is an obvious abnormality between my two knees and something doesn’t seem right anatomically.

After numerous strength tests, she confirmed my legs are plenty strong and not the problem. She wasn’t able to pinpoint the location of my knee pain, but she suggested it might be a tight IT band.

We started the session with eight minutes on a stationary bike, followed by several IT band stretches. The only discomfort I had was during a single leg elevated squat.

Before the appointment ended she tapped my knee to pull my patella more medial. The recommendation was to stop running, but she wouldn’t give me a specific time.
