I underestimated my calories and went over by nearly 350 calories. Today was NOT a good day for a foolish mistake. My weight was on the upper side of a five-pound swing this morning. To make matters worse, I couldn’t resist sampling an order of spinach dip Marty made. I gorged on the dip AFTER I knew that I had exceeded my daily calories. Damn...
I spent thirty minutes on the recumbent bike. Week three of the push-up challenge is done. Hopefully week four will be easier than it was two weeks ago.
