I ran 3.5 miles in Memorial park before the start of PIM. The temperature was cool, but the weather was stuck somewhere between a drizzle and full-blown rain. Either way, I liked it.
The Baton-2 squad is speedy and we covered a lot of ground in our 4 x 5-minute run/2-minute walk. In fact we ran 1.78 miles in 20-minutes for a respectable 11:14 pace.
After PIM I finished the evening with a small run to complete my scheduled six miles.
