Flexability

Coaching other runners forces me to be flexible with my personal training schedule. Friday is my usual off day, but I moved a few runs around so I could run with Client-L this morning. Today was her six mile long run. We ran one-mile intervals along the large bayou loop. It seems I am much more enthusiastic about trails than she is.

Just before bed I ran seven miles through the neighborhood. My feet hurt from all the concrete. Slow and boring run, but it is done.

I combined all the runs below:

Walk:
1.91 mile

17:20 pace
